Great Experience!!

“Steve took us on a great tour!! He provided lots of interesting historical and current information about the buildings and the area. The headsets that he provided were a game changer for being able to hear about each area. The Segways were fun to ride and worked well. I would highly recommend this tour.”

“This tour was AMAZING! I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this as an 18th birthday surprise for my daughter. It exceeded all my expectations. Neither of us had operated a segway before. Steve aka Happy took the time to show us how to safely operate the segway and didn’t start the tour until he was satisfied that we were comfortable with it. I could write a book on how incredible this tour was. I loved hearing all the history about the Broadmoor area, Steve was an excellent tour guide, stopped whenever we wanted to take pictures or have a longer look at something of interest, made sure we were always safe crossing streets, he just made the whole tour enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend this tour, you just can’t go to this area of Colorado and not do this tour. Thank you so much Steve!!!”

Great sightseeing opportunity!

We fortunately happened on the segways while leaving the park, and had a great time. The instruction was completely tailored to our skill as beginners, and in minutes we were zooming along scenic trails and paths. “Happy”, provided great anecdotes about the history and culture of the Manitou area, which was delightful. He was professional, cautious about our welfare, and his equipment was first class. The 1-hour route we took passed world-class sculptures of Starr Kempf, as well as beautiful nature trails. We’ll definitely stop here again on our next trip.

Tours begin near the Starsmore Nature Center – 2120 S. Cheyenne Canyon Road – at the South Cheyenne Cañon Picnic Grounds. Turn left at the corner of Cheyenne Blvd and Evans Ave, then look for our signs and parking on the right.
